Christian Sadleder has been an integral part of the STRABAG Group since 2002. He began his career as Deputy Project Manager for the Austrian HGV Road Tolling Project and went on to hold several senior leadership roles, including EPC Manager for major PPP infrastructure projects in Ireland. He later established the Group’s road operations business and served from 2017 as CEO of the LATAM concession business. In 2023, he joined the Management Board of STRABAG AG  and was also nominated as Technical Division Manager for International and Tunnelling.

In 2025, he was entrusted as Technical Division Manager with founding a new division that consolidates all energy infrastructure and water activities across the group, further strengthening STRABAG’s strategic positioning in these key sectors. In his role, Christian Sadleder is, together with his commercial counterpart, jointly responsible for the division, overseeing its technical and operational aspects and bringing extensive experience in the construction and concession industry.

His leadership is characterized by strategic vision, operational excellence, and a strong international perspective essential qualities for the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects worldwide. Under his leadership, STRABAG continues to reinforce its position as a global leader in construction while advancing innovative, sustainable energy and water infrastructure solutions for clients and communities around the world.
