Strategic importance of the acquisition

The transaction with a purchase price of € 100 million and the assumption of shareholder loans is expected to be completed within the next six months. This step is in line with our Strategy 2030, with the aim of further expanding our commitment to water management as a full-service provider.

With this acquisition, the combined annual output in the water technology sector will grow to approximately € 400 million .
