Pipeline and Plant Construction
Building the Backbone of Modern Infrastructure
Reliable pipeline and plant construction is essential for a secure energy supply and efficient industrial processes. As demand for resilient infrastructure grows, professional execution, technical expertise, and regional strength become increasingly important.
With locations in Osterwald and Gronau, we are strategically positioned in northwestern Germany to build pipeline and plant construction projects efficiently, safely, and at the highest quality standards. Our clients include municipalities, public utilities, municipal enterprises, and private companies, particularly in the energy supply and conveyor technology sectors, providing tailor-made solutions that meet demanding technical requirements. Through experience, precision, and a strong commitment to quality, we build infrastructure that ensures long-term reliability and supports future-oriented development.
Pipeline and Supply Line Construction
We construct pressure pipelines for all types of media and materials in both urban and rural areas. We rely on modern technology and experienced specialists, especially in inner-city supply lines and cable construction. Whether gas, water, or electricity: we ensure a safe and sustainable supply.
Pipe and Plant Construction and Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EI&C) Technology
We equip waterworks, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and industrial plants with high-performance piping systems and mechanical equipment. We work with materials such as steel, cast iron, and polyethylene (PE) and integrate pumps, fittings, and mechanical equipment for applications involving drinking water, wastewater, steam, oil, and gas.
Our Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EI&C) Technology complements our plant engineering services:
- Energy supply and distribution
- Measurement of temperature, pressure and flow rate
- Control and regulation technology for precise process control
Petrochemical and District Heating Pipeline Construction
We provide end-to-end planning, construction, and documentation services for underground pressure pipelines and associated facilities in the petrochemical sector.
Our Expertise Include:
- Maintenance of submersible pump drives and tanks
- Fabrication of load-bearing steel structures
- Pre-production in our own assembly halls
- Delivery and final assembly directly on the construction site
With many years of experience and our own highly qualified specialists, we are proficient in working with steel, cast iron, glass fibre-reinforced plastic (GRP), and polyethylene (PE) piping systems across all pressure classes. Our range of services also includes the maintenance and repair of submersible pump systems and tanks, as well as the fabrication of load-bearing steel structures. We prefabricate assemblies and complete systems in our own workshops, deliver them to site, and carry out installation and commissioning.
